Warranties
Manufacturer warranty on new and a 30-day warranty on used. Scratch & dent carries a 1-year warranty: 30 days through us, then 11 months via CPS Warranties ($99 deductible).
Reconditioned used appliances
Every used appliance is tested and reconditioned by our team before it hits the floor.

- Add-on — carry upstairs (above ground floor)+$25
- Add-on — dishwasher installation (each)+$150
- Add-on — over-the-range microwave installation (each)+$150
Freestanding appliances get courtesy install (placed & connected) and old-appliance haul-away free. Furniture installation is not offered.
Delivery is calculated automatically and any installation or carry-upstairs add-ons you choose are added — all paid once at checkout, with no separate bill later. This covers standard, accessible delivery; for unusually difficult access we'll contact you about any additional fee before delivery. In-store pickup is always free.
