Products, pricing & availability

• We try to describe and price products accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in a price or description on your order, we'll contact you and you may confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.
• Used and scratch & dent appliances are one-of-a-kind items sold in the condition described, and may sell out at any time.
• Some items are special-order and are brought in from our distributor; lead times (typically up to 2 weeks) and cancellation limits are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Orders & payment

Online payments are processed securely by Square. When you pay online, you are charged for the product, applicable sales tax, and delivery and installation, which are calculated at checkout and included in your order total — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is no longer available).

Financing

Financing and lease-to-own options are offered through third-party lenders and are subject to their approval and terms. Choosing to apply does not guarantee approval, and rates, terms, and total cost vary by lender and applicant. Estimated monthly payment is for illustration only. Delivery & pickup

Delivery, installation, and in-store pickup are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Please inspect items at delivery or pickup and report any damage promptly.

Warranties

Appliances are covered as described in our Return & Refund Policy: 30-day warranty on used appliances; a 1-year warranty on scratch & dent (first 30 days through Columbus Appliances, then 11 months via CPS Warranties with a $99 deductible); and the full manufacturer warranty on new appliances.Except for these and any applicable manufacturer warranties, products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Columbus Appliances and Parts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the products purchased. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
